General agreement
- Reservation implies you accept general agreement.
- Reservation in final only when deposit has been received.
- Arrival is between 4pm and 9pm, departure from 9am to 1pm except agreement made before the contract.
- In case of cancellation less than 4 weeks before arrival date, deposit will not be refundable.
- If the tenant is not present 2 days after the beginning of his stay, the owner considers the location is terminated.
- Only persons mentioned in the contract are allowed to sleep in the apartment except agreement made before the contract.
- The apartment is fully equipped for your stay: furnishings for bedroom, bathroom and kitchen. A reasonable quantity of toilet tissue, paper towel, soap for dishes, handkerchiefs, salts, pepper is also provided.
- If furniture are damaged beyond regular use, the owner can ask for payment of cleaning or replacement
- The tenant agrees to respect calmness of the neighbourhood. Particularly on the terrace.
- The tenant must be insured for damages caused to the apartment. The owner is insured for damages caused by the apartment and its equipement.
- Locals phone call are unlimited, fees will apply for other type of phones calls. Internet Wi-Fi network is available, code to access it is in the apartment.
- Apartment must be clean at departure, as it is at arrival. Fee of 50 $ are applicable if it’s not the case.
- A deposit for guarantee of 500$ is demanded at the beginning of the stay. It is return after check out.
- Pets not allowed.
- Non smoking apartment.
